Shipping Policy

Shipping fees on other sites can be a mystery and very expensive. Customers may not know the cost of shipping but only until the very last minute. It is different at Happy Bonsai. We have nothing to hide and we make it plain simple for our customers – All prices include international airmail shipping.

We have already added the shipping cost to the item price. So, what you see is what you will pay for. At Happy Bonsai, you don’t have to worry about all the different shipping policies and methods. There is no extra charge due to product type, item size or weight, shipping destination or whatnot.

• Items are mostly shipped within 48 hours of receiving payment
• We offer worldwide shipping by Hong Kong standard international airmail, which does not include tracking service.  Yet, you are strongly suggested to add an extra USD3.00 for registered airmail with tracking service. Happy Bonsai will not be responsible for any loss during delivery if you do not ship with registered mail.
• If you would like to upgrade to registered mail, please select Hong Kong Registered Airmail with Tracking Service when you choose delivery method during check out.
• Happy Bonsai does not provide insurance service.
• We do not ship to PO Boxes.
• Below is the estimated but NOT guaranteed delivery time.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from the site are made pursuant to a shipment contract.  This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
